Whether you have a cramp in your back, a pulled muscle or whether you require serious rehabilitation, Novaphysio is the place you should go!
I was referred to physio by my family physician because of a fall and pain to my right shoulder. There were many places to go when I looked in the yellow pages; however, a friend referred me to this Timberlea location.
The staff were incredibly friendly and I had the best experience I possible could have. I met with a physiotherapist by the name of Jeff and he actually listened to my situation and started working with me right away. I very much enjoyed going to my sessions and really like my experiences. I also went for a few massage sessions and will continue to go back from time to time. It wasn't long after I began physio and I was feeling much like my old self again.
