Review from Angela K.
We ordered pizza, wings, and breadsticks when I think it was almost time to close. I'm actually not sure what the hours are at the restaurant because the website says they're open Tues-Sun from 11am 'till 10pm, but they closed after we left, which was a little after 9pm. The store front may have said different hours, will check another time.
Anyway, pizzas were great! Definitely have the homemade look and taste. We got one with beef and chicken, another with ham and pineapple. Generous with toppings, cheese was thick and gooey, dough was chewy. Pizzas weren't salty at all, which made them enjoyable; I find pizza hut, cali pizza kitchen, other chain pizzas way too salty. Spicy wings were fried crispy, meaty, though the order doesn't come with celery sticks. Breadsticks have plenty of parmesan, garlic, and herbs on them; crunchy outside and fluffy inside. Servers are very friendly; a home-feeling to the restaurant, especially because they didn't rush us out when they were getting ready to close (we didn't know!). They continued to check up on us (more drinks? need more food? how are things?) until we were done.
Menu is simple but versatile; doesn't specialize in pizzas, also serves salads, fish n chips, burgers, wings, fries, and chowder. I'll try the fish n chips, chowder next time. Sounds like the fish is a hit-or-miss.... hopefully it won't be a miss! -

This review is totally about vegan and gluten free offerings. Now the owner is on his own, as his brother-in-law has gone back to Canada. I chatted with the owner and he was greatly confused about the difference between vegan and gluten free. He was complaining to me about how long it took to sell the VEGAN pizza crusts he got from the old Pizza Works supplier in Kent. I tried to explain that those were GLUTEN FREE and not necessarily vegan. One Kent supplier made vegan and the other did not. If you are either Gluten Free or Vegan, I would use caution dining here. For anything else, It is still 4 stars.

Ate hear in a former incarnation (for vegan pizza), and it's much improved. Had the fish and chips (opted for cod) and am very glad I did. May rank up there with some of the best I've had. The owner was very solicitous and eager (not obnoxiously so) to make sure all was good. (His regular chef was out with the flu, but there was nothing to quibble at in what we had.) By the way, I was assured they still do vegan pizza, so if that's a need for you, that's an option.
The fries were about perfect: marvelous potato flavor, cooked through but just right, with a bit of crunch/crust, and soft in the center. These were NOT mass-produced krinkle-cuts, given the posting saying that this might happen.
A note: everything was under-salted, which is great for those on a restricted diet, and easily rectified for those who like a bit of salt. I'd probably consider bringing some of my special salts along to zip things up, but honestly the food was terrific without enhancement and well worth a return trip.
I don't like to give 5-star ratings, as they should be reserved for that which cannot be improved. I'm inclined to go back again to make sure the chef does as well as (or even better than) the owner, try something else on the menu, and if that matches this visit I'll revise my rating to 5 stars. Not being there with the regular chef is my most significant caveat, and call me too cautious if you will, but food is too important! -

OK where to start... My family has been on Finn HIll for about 11 years now and have every place there is to eat on and off the hill...
We even went to Pizza Works 3 times, and each time before we went we were in a crunch for time, and we were like, maybe this time it will be better... WRONG!
Now Nova opens, during the spring the sign went up in the Inglewood Village parking lot, and my family started getting excited for a new place to eat, a pizza place, a burger place, and low and behold Fish and Chips. Having recently lost Ivars in Bothell we were missing a good F&C joint.
When this placed opened, I am pretty sure we were there the first week :)
Their burgers are big and juicy, the pizza is fresh and delicious, not greasy at all. My family LOVES the Fish and Chips, however, I have not tried them.
I love their wings, they have a great flavor, I would like a little bit more heat, but they are just right if my son wants to get messy.
I have yet to try their fried mushrooms and fried zucchini, but will some day.
My wife loves this place because when she asks for extra crispy fries, they come, EXTRA Crispy.
We haven't been for a while since we have been saving for the holidays and I actually feel bad about it :)
Every time I go in, if I have a large order, these guys are prompt, friendly, and will even walk your order to your car.
Tonight for the very first time, we are doing delivery (cuz I am so tired and just want to be home on the recliner tonight). I am sure I will get the same high level of service and quality of food I have come to expect from Nova. Thanks Guys keep it up. -

Holy fish and chips! I LOVED the crisp of the batter they used. It's not overly salty, it's not soggy and it's not greasy. I appreciated that the fries were not the chopped and formed kind but the whole potato, hand cut-with-the-skin kind. They were so flavorful.
I see they have quite a variety of foods. I'm not sure that's a good thing. Places that offer a large variety aren't able to offer freshness for very long. I'll probably keep going back for fish and chips as I am not a pizza fan and they'll really have to offer exceptional burgers (local, grass fed, quality beef) for me to go there over burger-oriented competitors.
If you're wanting fish and chips. This is certainly your place.
PS. The website is https://www.pcs-works.... (the Italian pasta restaurant one listed is not correct). -

Very friendly staff and great pizza. The large flatscreen TV inside is a great touch as well.

Can't actually review this restaurant yet because apparently they are closed on Mondays. Showed up to try their gluten-free pizza and found all the lights off. Please update your hours on Yelp or Garlic Jims will get all my business. (And Garlic Jim's is SO overpriced. )

Very soggy fries, halibut was small and over cooked, veggie pizza tasted like frozen pizza. Owner was nice.

My entire family loves NOVA!
We are particularly big fans of the hamburgers. Their plain hamburger is what most other places call a deluxe burger. The regular hamburger is so good I've never actually ordered a deluxe burger! If you don't want cheese, you have to say so, because you don't pay extra for cheese. We can feed our family for less than the fast food chains, and it's good fresh food!!!!
Recently we tried the homemade clam chowder. WOW! What an amazing recipe!
We've also tried and love their pizza, but lots of people commented on that already.
If you live in Kenmore/Kirkland/Bothell area, you should definitelly give Nova a try. Great place to take kids. -

My family and I stopped in to try this place out on 6/18/11. It took us a minute to look over the menu, after which we decided to try the pizza and wings combo. Or pizza choice was a three topping large with pepperoni, sausage, and onions. The first thing we noticed was how meaty the sausage was. A lot of places use small bits of sausage. But they use large chunks of sausage and generous amounts of pepperoni. So the pizza was really meaty. The crust was delicious. They make it fresh there every day. And you can tell. The crust is not too thick, and has the best flavor of any pizza crust I've had in a long time.
The cheese is REAL cheese too.
The wings were good and had a nice BBQ flavor. They aren't very spicy, but the flavor is good.
The prices are reasonable too. And the menu has a lot of other items like fish and chips. And burgers too. The owner said that he hand cuts all the fries, and that they use fresh fish. We're looking forward to trying it out on a future visit.
A bit about the place in general:
The menu: Is varied, and reasonably priced. There is a gluten free option on the menu.
The atmosphere: It's nice and clean. The art on the walls is modern, and yet subdued. The owner also mentioned that he was going to have a TV installed which makes me think that it'll be a great place to watch a soccer game and have fish and chips.
The service: Is friendly and inviting.
The prices: Are reasonable, and they have a specials board out front. They also have a really cool display repeater so you can see what you are ordering as it is entered in.
Online ordering: The owner said that they are working on setting up an online ordering system so that patrons can order ahead of time for take out orders. -

My wife and I had the fish & chips and the shrimp & chips. We were not impressed. The fish - halibut - was heavily breaded and overcooked (dry). The shrimp was okay but very tiny and with very ordinary panko crust. The fries were okay but not as good as McDonalds. We may make a return visit to scope out the pizza.

$17 for greasy and doughy fish and chips and a drink? No thank you.

Went back for a second visit last night. The clam chowder was still to die for and now we have found that their pizza is great too. The dough is made from scratch daily, a perfect combo of chewy and crispy. We'll be back!

Had to find a restaurant that offered gluten free fare for my good buddy. Nova pizza has a gluten free menu so I thought that I would give it a shot. WOW! Really good! Great service and a really yummy (who would have thunk) gluten free pizza. I'll be back. They also offer vegan options. Give it a try!

We as a family all tried the burgers. I would say they were good, but nothing outstanding. There was more bun than burger which always kind of irritates me unless the bun is some fresh baked onion deal or something. Looks like we need to try the pizza and fish n chips next time.
