Received excellent customer service today from the Service department! Brought my van in for service and winter tires about 2 weeks ago. Realized today that they had put our bench seats down for the tires and squished a set of our wireless headphones. Popped in today and the manager quickly exchanged me headphones and I grabbed coffee and tea while I waited. They were polite and fast - the two most important things to me in customer service!

It would be hard to imagine a worse experience. From the shady, lying salesman to the criminal loan, this dealership has tainted the Hyundai brand for me permanently. I would strongly advise against shopping at this dealership under any circumstance.

Worst salesmen ever! Pure liars and thieves! They gave us the worst time. Even the finance department were scum bags! Service department is good though.

my last review was for some reason removed, however, I have realized this and will review again.
Northstar Hyundai gave me the worst car buying experience possible. In short the sales staff was rude, manipulative, sneaky, deceptive and down right disrespectful. They will do any thing for a sale just as long it's not in the best interest of the customer. Stay away from Northstar if you want a pleasant and positive car buying experience.1 Previous Review: Show all »
