I used to this taxi service because I was buying big items, including a 3.5-foot-by-3.5-foot box containing a table, and two other boxes not as big as that but pretty long. Their van was able to accommodate all of them. But even better -- the driver was so helpful with packing the van. I don't even think he had the meter running while we were loading it up, and that's using his time. The dispatcher was very clear about the cost -- a $23 minimum because I was using the van to carry boxes. I guess the minimum covers the extra time, but our fare was $25 anyway because we were traveling to Vancouver, and he said we would probably exceed the minimum. We were so happy we just gave the driver $30.
