Specialties
We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dog walking service staffed by the friendliest, super-trained dog lovers in the business and offering the best hikes on the North Shore.
We ensure your pet is grouped with "doggy friends" that he/she gets along with and who have similar exercise and adventure requirements. On our adventures, your dog will run, play, socialize and swim with his or her new group of friends.
We focus on pack leadership which creates a safe and stress free environment for your dog to socialize in. We include lots of positive reinforcement and obedience training to compliment your efforts at home.
We know the North Shore trails like the back of our hand, all the best hikes and secret spots.
We constantly query our clients for evaluation on our services and pay attention to the feedback.
We have earned our reputation as the best Dog Walkers on the Shore by providing exceptional services and maintaining close and personal contact with our clients.
History
Established in 2002
Owned by Amber Vernon-Jarvis, our solid reputation and 8 years of experience make us the most highly recommended dog walking service on the North Shore.
Amber's Story:
8 years ago I left a prestigious budding career as a Stockbroker/ Financial Advisor in search of true happiness and I found it on the North Shore Trails with my dog. Soon I was walking groups of dogs and I realized I had found my calling. My passion organically blossomed into "North Shore Dog Walkers". For my amazing staff and I, this is a lifestyle that gives all of us an immense amount of joy and fulfillment. My clients trust me with their most beloved and many have become close friends. That means the world to me!
Meet the Manager: Alysha M.
Alysha went to SFU to become an elementary teacher but after falling in love with her two little min pins while teaching in Korea, she came back with a desire to get out of the classroom and onto the gorgeous North Shore trails. She is passionate about working with dogs and this is truly her dream job. She cannot imagine doing anything else!
