Loads of merchandise, loads of styles and relatively competitive market prices.
Unfortunately, the staff are fairly unmotivated, so help yourself.

This place is the absolute best sneaker store in town! There's a great selection of hard to find in any other store sneakers in here. They have a lot of great styles and their other items aren't bad either. I'd recommend this place if you are looking for sneakers with style. You won't find any other store in Ottawa like this as The Layup seems to have closed. The store also carries, clothing, hats and other accessories.

Extremely over-priced! The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered at any retail store. It's like pulling teeth to get someone to help you. Their 'Sales' are extremely deceptive (especially during boxing day). If you plan to go shopping there on boxing day dont! They make their customers wait outside in the cold for a sale that they don't even honour when you get to the cash. The staff are extremely rude! Also, several people I know have had issues with their credit cards after purchasing something at this store. So if you absolutely must buy something there be careful and pay with cash. I really wanted to like this place as I like to support small and local businesses but this store is just awful on every level.
