Few places have driven home my theory that small specialized places are the only ones worth shopping in like Nomad has. True, you will probably be bilked for your hard earned monies but more often than not they're worth it.

Lifestyle brands like Rag & Bone and Comme de Garcons are staples here and worth the investment. You can buy everything you need for a near perfect casual wardrobe here.

It would be nice if they got rid of the white walls and ceiling to make the store warmer and give it a Billy Reid type atmosphere.

The staff have always been super accommodating and cheerful but you would hope so for their prices.

One of a handful of menswear stores in Toronto offering on-the-pulse contemporary labels, with slim cuts and European flare.

It carries streamlined Scandinavian labels like Acne and Filipa K alongside edgier pieces by Comme des Garcons and Surface to Air.

If you're a polished hipster, more Dan Levy than Goodwill Grandpa sweater, shop here.

I would never have known of, let alone gone inside, this rustic palace of a store if it weren't for a few very fashionable boys in my life who know better. As coincidence would have it, they all seem to have suddenly, separately, but in perfect synchronicity, alerted me of its presence. One, well, he even enabled me  to witness the purchase of some a' those (evidently) all-mighty APC jeans.

These are not just jeans, they are a delicate process, a way of life, and it is clear that the patrons of this store know their stuff. Attracted to its exclusive offerings are fans of modern design and quality textiles. The clothes are very beautiful, largely (entirely?) out of my price- and gender- range, and there is even a cornucopia of ruggedly scented burnables and masculine cosmetics to make me us girls feel better about our own excessive indulgences at Sephora (perhaps I speak for myself?).

Nomad is clearly some kind of magic, and somehow had me silently rationalizing the possible purchase of a (man's) $800 leather jacket. Hey, it *was* originally $1200, after all...

Some cool stuff here. The selection tends to play it quite safe, so there's a little more boring work-wear and heritage type stuff then I'd like to see. Still, they carry some quality brands and are a welcome addition to the city.

Nomad is actually transforming Toronto to be a better fashion retailer. There are no other boutiques like Nomad in the City. Like its Sister - Goodfoot, Nomad brings rare and exclusive brands to the mainstream Queen West shopping enthusiasts.
APC, Common, and some more make this shop the ultra men's boutique in Toronto.

This is the place to go if you want high quality and exclusive men's streetswear. It's small but the selection is great and some pieces tend to sell out rather quickly. I would sign up for their mailing list so you know what's coming ahead of time.

Nomad is the kind of shop you want your man to go to.
APC is like my porn. Rag and Bone and they carry limited leather accessories and a line of men's toiletries.

The staff can be a bit snobby or seem so but they are super savvy fashion plates who know they're stuff and are happy to hep out.

The clothes are pricey but worth it, and they carry a lot of smalle, exclusive brands you can't find anywhere else.

Nomad is probably the best men's clothing boutiques in the city.  They carry a nice selection of clothing from a few choice brands, including one of my favourites, Wings + Horns.   A lot of the stuff you find here isn't available anywhere else in the city.  It's also a good place to check out raw denim from Rag & Bone, Imperial Denim, and APC.

One of only a handful of mens casual clothing shops in the city that is actually worth checking out imo. They have a good selection of quality brands and prices that are to be expected living in Canada.....my advice, wait for a sale to avoid sticker-shock :P

This is a shop I always go by whenever I'm in Toronto.  Though everything is really expensive, Nomad is probably the only store in Toronto you can find cool stuffs like APC and Common Projects.  I did almost bought a Rag and Bone jacket, except they only had it Medium.  I wear either S or XS.  The guy was a bit snobby but helpful.  It was 11am maybe he just hated to work that early.  So if you got money to spent at this financial crisis time, might as well spent it at Nomad!  Great design for good clothing.

Lovely store. Very well curated stocklist. It's like getting a bunch of your friend together and deciding on a fantasy indy men's store. What labels would you stock? Rag and Bone, UNIS, Alden, etc. I also found the staff to generally be friendly and helpful.
