I had the same experience as the above reviewer. We booked through TeamBuy and on the day they promised to show up , nobody came. After sending multiple text messages to the owner, we finally received a call from someone saying they just found out about the job and that they would come (this is 2 hours after the appointment). We told them to not come as we were now out of the house. When we finally got through to the owner (after asking him to call us via text through a different phone number) he lied and said they were delayed because of the weather. I can understand being delayed for weather, but the fact that the owner lied to us is completely unacceptable.
AND I cannot believe YELP allows this guy to post a response to a client below as a review ... he gave himself 5 stars and his analogy made absolutely no sense. You said if a person doesn't pay for a hamburger, they don't get it. Well. this woman did pay you dishonest person.
