OK, I can't really put in an address for these guys since they're kinda like Farmers market gypsies. They go from one farmers market to another and in their first year they were at the Richmond night market a few years ago. Unfortunately they were underappreciated and most people didn't know what a gem these guys were. I would have loved to see them successful there, but the people who tend to eat at the Richmond night market don't really seem to understand what a good fish taco is. You see, the Richmond Night market seems to be all about Asian food. Too bad so sad. A good thing is that they (Steve and his cohorts recognized this and didn't give up. They tried feeding instead the Farmers market crowd and I think it worked!!!!
This summer you would have found them on the North Shore, or the Steveston Farmers and Langley Farmers markets. (please input if you've seen them elsewhere). The guys are great and they have a great product. Fish Tacos!!!! Dude! They're healthy, tasty and you can eat like, 4 to 20 of them no problem (they're so good). They use fresh Halibut, fresh ingredients and I love the infusion of other ingredients combined.
