This is an update to a previous review. I did attend the Nisby headquarters today and I was very impressed with the treatment I received by their vice president, Mr. Dan Walker. It is the spring now, and the roof, doors, windows, stucco painting, soffit, fascia, siding, eavestroughs and downspouts etc. have been more or less completed. Actually, the bulk of the work was done before the bad weather arrived, so that is a great thing. They have promised to return once the weather improves to just do a few touch ups, and minor details that are still outstanding. So, I must say thank you to Mr. Walker for his professional attitude and willingness to listen to me regarding a small discrepancy in accounting the final bill. They have even agreed to install a new mailbox and light fixture at the front that was accidently damaged during the renovations. Again - thank you so much to Mr. Walker for taking the time out to listen to me - he is a credit to the Nisby Home Renovations business. BTW - he is being interviewed on CBC this evening, so watch the show! He also explained to me how to input the tax credit on my tax return which was much appreciated as well. My hubby and I are relieved that we had these repairs done and the neighbours seemed to be impressed as well!
