The ONLY place to buy your shabu hot pot & yakuniku meats in town! I love the Premium Kobe & Barley Fed Pork Toro!

Review from Larry L.
One of the best Japanese meat companies around. All cuts prepared by Japanese butchers the way it is done in Japan.
From Canadian grade A's to American Kobe (Wagyu) and all the way up to the Japanese Wagyu. The real stuff, buttery soft and flavourful.
(there is a difference between the American bred and the real stuff from Japan. And if you have the $$, then it's well worth it for the experience)
You can also get prepared meats for your Shabu Shabu hot pots. They also serve donburi's for lunch as take outs.
They also have specially prepared rice toppings.
I posted a pic. -

This is my secret weapon for those dinner occasions where I:
1. Need to impress family members
2. Need to impress friends
3. feel like being self-indulgent without paying a fortune at restaurants
WITH NO TIME TO PREPARE!!! What a nightmare...but Nikuya Meats comes to the rescue and rises to help me triumph. All I need to do is pick up some of the following, already sliced:
Japanese Wagyu (Kobe) Beef
Australian Wagyu (Kobe) Beef
American Wagyu (Kobe) Beef
American Kurobuta (Berkshire) Pork
Ohmugi-buta (Barley Fed) Pork
And then we set up a grill with fresh vegetables and mushrooms and have a grill party! You can opt to make sauces, but the meats are such quality that all you need is great sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste. The slices of juicy meat just meeeelt into your mouth. Even better with some rice and grilled veggies. They also carry poultry, but I am there for their beautifully marbled wagyu and barley fed pork. There is also a frozen foods section with croquettes, sausages and ready-to-cook marinated and non-marinated meats, etc.
