This is a small local haircutting place in a little out of the way, non-descript strip-mall. The thing that brings people back are the two ladies that work there. Eden usually cuts my hair (I'm a guy) and she gives me better cuts than any of the $50+/cut salons in San Francisco.
One time I was in a rush and one of the guys (I've seen two guys cutting hair there) gave me a really bad, uneven cut. If you stick with the women then you'll be fine.
