    Nick is the best Realtor available if you are looking to buy a place in the Toronto core area. He is professional and a great person to hang out with. After doing viewings with a few Realtors I was glad I found Nick because he was very honest and wanted what was in my best interest. He put in countless hours showing me around Toronto as I was a first time home buyer and new to the city. He stayed in the office until 11pm getting my offer in to make sure we could secure the home at the best price possible. He is excellent at negotiation strategies and helped me avoid a bidding war on the property that I wanted. Nick will definitely be the Realtor I will go to when I want to move. No matter what your price range is Nick will get you the best value for your money in the neighbourhood that you desire. I would strongly recommend him to all of my friends and family.

"Not your mother's agent" is an expression I use to poke fun at some agents in the industry and also a reminder to hold myself to a higher standard.

Many agents have an air of entitlement that is commonly mistaken as an attribute of being successful and good at their job. They use pressure tactics and put you in a situation where they would have you believe it is all or nothing. They talk in clipped sentences, have systems, and use proven sales techniques.

I don't believe in this approach and neither do my clients.
