Was an excellent find for us...
Super helpful and actually spent the time helping us find out first home
The house we found was way beyond our expectations and not out of our price range

Nick helped me secure an amazing property at an incredible price.

My entire buying experience was great. Nick took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and was quickly sending me only extremely relevant listings. When a great opportunity came up he was on it well before any others had noticed it. His bargaining skills helped to ensure the property didn't go into an 'out of control' bidding war. In the end I got exactly what I wanted and felt great about the price I paid. Through out the entire process Nick explained everything and kept the entire process running smoothly.

Definitely highly recommend him!

Meet the Business Owner: Nick H.

Real Estate has been a part of my life since I was a young boy. I remember following my father around to Sunday open houses and becoming very involved in the process. In fact, the farm my parents live on to this day was a listing I found in the local paper's classified section before school one day. Little did I know my infatuation with finding a great deal would cause me to leave my friends in the city to start high school in the country.

It is no wonder I find myself a Realtor in one of the greatest cities in the world today.
