I must have lucked out by the tone of the other reviews. I went in and showed the hairdresser (Glory) a picture of what I wanted, which was long layers and short chin length layers, and she made it happen. The shorter layers weren't as short as I wanted them so I let her know and she made them exactly how I wanted it. I've had so many terrible experiences at hair salons I normally try and avoid them, but this one actually worked out! I was so happy she made my thin hair have volume again! :)

Well perhaps my hopes were too high but i did NOT like my last cut, did NOT get what I wanted, and should have left before I spent my money but my hair was already wet, I was sitting in the chair..... why is this process so difficult?
I wanted a change and ended up with much the same as I had when I went in. And I got attitude! I've never had a stylist talk to me like that before. It was weird. Even the other stylist came over to see what was going on. Some kind of personality conflict? I don't think I was particularly difficult.... maybe she was having a bad day? Just decided I was a pain in the ass and wasn't into it? I have no idea. I brought in pictures, I wanted a change, I don't understand what happened, to be honest.
I'm very disappointed. And the money-back guarantee? I didn't get my money back. My search continues.1 Previous Review: Show all »

I wasn't impressed with the haircut I got today from Mitchell. He was friendly and seemed professional. But the haircut I got wasn't impressive; I had to come home and trim it myself. I wanted him to adjust the width of my side-burns and he pretty much messed it up; not sure if he understood what I wanted. I am usually little tolerant; will go there one more time and if the results are the same i am not going back again.
