Wow it's hard to follow up that last review with a good one.I actually had a great experience even though IKEA screwed up my order twice and the cabinets were late on the installation day.After me having a meltdown about how Ikea sucked on the order screw up Dimitry said no problem he will wait for it to arrive.Dimitry and Alex were both careful and respectful of not scratching stuff up.Seriously prompt! I was shocked how on time they were on the weekend!!In starch contrast to the painters guys who i hired that working along them Dimitry's crew never even showed up!!I loved them!!

Folks, we got RIPPED OFF. How does this happen?!!?? So long story short, these guys didn't read the plans, didn't review the emails, made mistakes that they wanted to charge us to fix , ruined new materials and didn't replace them, damaged new flooring and drywall, left garbage thrown around AND after we paid them the full amount in good faith that they would return to finish the job as per our agreement, they threatened to SUE us. I'm so embarrassed that I found this guy and trusted him to install an IKEA kitchen for godsakes! Learn from my mistakes people. A lot of good contractors out there, I wouldn't hire Dmitriy from New Kitchen Toronto. Deep breaths. Deep breaths.
BTW, we found them on http://homestars.com where I'm now pretty sure, they wrote their own reviews. Since threatening to take us to court, they have disabled their link on that website.... so I cannot post my experience with them. ...interesting, don't you think?
