The first time I went here, I wasn't very impressed. I brought in a bunch of shirts to be dry-cleaned and they gave me a date to come and pick them up. I came on that day and they weren't ready. However, the clerk asked me to come the following day and told me that I would have 15% taken off the price, and to just remind him.
The next day, I came and picked up my shirts. I reminded him about the 15% off he had promised and he smiled, nodded and said he remembered. He took off 15%. Wow, an honest clerk at an honest dry cleaner! It seems pretty basic, but I was impressed.
I came back to get some of my dress shirts washed, and asked for them to be dry-cleaned. He showed me the tags on them that specifically said that they could not be dry-cleaned and explained the difference. He described the process of dry-cleaning versus regular washing, etc. He was very friendly and patient. I had my dress shirts washed and picked them up a few days later - they looked brand new, same as the day I bought them.
So yeah, I'm sold. I'm a regular now.
