Neon is a good place to go if your style is somewhat akin to the urban punk or skater look. This place usually caters to teenagers and young 20-somethings, but they also have a few other great offerings worth checking out.
My favourite part of Neon is the upstairs section of vintage clothing. It's a bit pricey, but the pieces are all decent, so you don't have to worry about filtering out the junk. The vintage and main section also have a great selection of shoes. The vintage shoes mainly specialize in cowboy boots for men and women. The main section has a unique array of sneakers that may be difficult to find elsewhere in Ottawa.
