Natasha's Passion is a store in West Edmonton Mall that is owned by a Russian woman who is passionate about evening gowns and formal dresses. When I walked into the store the first time, I was overwhelmed by the amount of glitter and bright fabrics. All the racks are filled with flashy looking dresses made from every material imaginable. At that time I was looking for a wedding dress, and after explaining the purpose of my visit to one of the sales associates, I was assisted in the most courteous and professional manner. While the majority of dresses in the store seemed too over the top to me, I did locate two gowns that looked simple and elegant. Trying the dresses on caused disappointment because both looked way better on the rack than they did on me. I walked in empty-handed but not before I inspected the contents of the store more intently. In addition to dresses, Natasha's Passion carries pants, skirts and tops which are not as flashy as dresses and gowns. Some even look work appropriate. The best way to describe the type of clothes sold at this store is "elegant with the touch of glitz".
