Always a positive experience when I shop here. The staff is super friendly and attentive, without being pushy. I work in customer service and I always appreciate when I can be the customer and feel taken care of.
The brand mixes fetish-wear and street clothes, and everything I've every purchased as been great quality and durability.
I definitely make a point of stopping in the store every time I'm in Chelsea; I recommend you do too! -

Ok, I'm wayyyyy beyond being age appropriate for the clothes in here, but something about the style of the place lured me in here.
Leather or faux leather vests and pants. Skinny jeans for men, with a certain style and flair (literally) that has a certain level of uniqueness that you won't find most places.
$25 for the red or black baseball caps, emblazoned with the pig silhouette logo which are a nice diversion from major league sports franchise logos. $25 for most tees with very unique style designs (mostly on the back) for your biker or pork fans.
Some tees were marked down to a reasonable $17.50 but in limited sizes.
Who wouldn't love to be recognized with the words "nasty pig" somewhere around the globe? It has a certain NYC cache....no? The 2 guys working the store were friendly enough, without being pushy.
If you're ever thinking to yourself "Nasty Pig", either from self-loathing or your last relationship gone bad...come here, it'll take your mind off things for awhile. -

Well, I am using the mail order feature, so that's really all I can commit on. I placed my purchase and the next day received a confirmation and tracking number. Customer service is a A+ as far as price goes, well..... They aren't Wallmart, the quality was better than expected (VERY HIGH QUALITY). I mad my purchase & got it in four days. The jeans I got were better looking in person, than what they seemed in person. No complaints on myside.

A few years ago, I saw a person wearing a t shirt at the Eagle. It said NASTY PIG on it. I was intrigued, and asked him where he bought it. He told me.
I never knew what he told me would help to change my life.
I walked into their small, intimate shop on 19th street, and admit I looked around a bit intimidated. I walked out and bought nothing.
For the next few weeks, all I could think about was that little shop.
I returned weeks later, and spoke to the salesman. He helped me to pick out a t shirt.
Since that day, I have bought every t shirt Nasty Pig has ever made.
Having underwent a large weight loss, I was scared to try on clothes ANYWHERE. It was this incredibly sweet worker named Issac that helped me to try on my first pair of pants. He taught me how to wear them correctly. I had been wearing my pants like Urkel for years.
Nasty Pig took a frightened, self conscious guy and made him feel sexy and more like a man with their brand of clothes. If you walk around Chelsea, you will encounter plenty of stores that specialize in clothes for the xs sized man, but none for the burly, more masculine type of man.
After years of searching, I had found a brand I could endorse with my entire heart.
I ended up tattooing their logo in my armpit, as a thank you to them for the great feeling their clothes give you. I have been told that I have the largest Nasty Pig clothing collection to date by some of the sales people.
Unlike some of my other "Yelpers" here, Nasty Pig Clothes are of superior quality and ARE on the expensive side. But the saying lives true, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I still have that first tshirt from years ago, and it looks exactly the same. Nasty Pig underwear is the ONLY brand I wear, and is incredibly comfortable. Their pants are made to LAST. Their jeans are of AMAZING quality. Their gym shorts are by FAR the most comfortable you will ever buy.
So stop in the shop, see Isaac, and ask him if you need help or want an opinion. He is my Yoda, and has helped me to find the look that kinda identifies me now.
Jay, another worker, is amazing, and his smile is the most sincere I have ever encountered in my life. It is rare that you get service like this in any store, but it is so obvious that the people who own, as well as those who work for Nasty Pig, believe 150% in what they are selling, as do I.
I am so proud to be a Nasty Pig. Check it out and become one too. x -

Here's a store in Chelsea trying to sell clothes and fetish wear at the same time, creating something of a retail identity crises. It's a little more clothing that it is non-clothing, so I feel like the name of the store is a little misleading.
Ben H. works here part time, so I went in to investigate the wears and say hello. This was quite awhile back, I would say sometime last summer or possibly even last spring. I didn't end up finding many things I would even buy, and I was kind of in a shopping mood. To say the stuff is grotesquely overpriced is an understatement. It is. They are asking for way too much money for some of the stuff.
I spent $24.00 on a pair of undies. I like them, and they seem to be more sturdy than some of the other things Yelp reviewers have bought here. Some of the rubber stuff they were selling does look like it would literally fall apart if you tried to put it on. Then again, maybe this type of fashion statement just isn't my style.
The layout of the store is intimate and nice. Generally, not crowded from what Ben told me (unless it's Black Party weekend or Folsom is coming up). If you have the money and like it a little rough, this might just be the store for you. -

Nasty Pig is the best; I'm hooked- 2 pr pants, two Tshirts; a sample bomber jacket and many jocks later; great merchandise and service!

The stuff was pretty cool when it first came out & the designs were interesting but the quality is more like IKEA ..DISPOSABLE wear.
The rubber garments that I have bought from them have all broken a part, & could not be fixed.
The jeans that they have held up much better but so do Levi's for half the price !!
The owners were nice when I was spending money there but when I did go in & not buy....the COLD FREEZER door was open.
& yes they do favor the pretty PARTY boys over the guys that pay their RENT ! -

I'll tell you right now, I'm totally biased.
David, CEO of Nasty Pig, is a totally cool, totally real, take it or leave it kind of guy and he and his partner make the most practical play gear (read: fetish wear) and accessories on this side of the pond. Nasty Pig makes rubber wear that you can throw in the washer, which, if you didn't know, is downright awesome, especially with their rubber sheets! Rubber is really what they are known for: rubber pants, rubber chaps, rubber cuffs, rubber belts, rubber vests... I have a rubber chest harness from them that it just HOT HOT HOT. This stuff is downright naughty (which I love), especially the jeans with the access zip along the ass crack.
FUN, HUH?
Their woofy black jock straps are a must buy (do it!).
And they also make everyday street clothes too (hoodies, jeans, t-shirts, tanks, etc.) and swimwear come summer.
It's a really pleasant store with nice lighting and open space, not a recreated fabulous fuck dungeon, so you should feel ashamed to go there, you pervert. -

Need to show your inner Oink
Nasty Pig is the place for you.
From hot Jock Straps to overalls. Whether you are looking for jeans or rubber. There is something for any gay man who doesn't take him self too seriously. Check out their store, website or finer leather and fetish shops around the US.

You will love the looks you get when some one sees you wearing Nasty Pig gear and you over hear them say "Nasty Pig?" Turn around and give them a wink and smile and maybe they can see if you are what you wear. -

Great store for cool, wearable leather gear and awesome tees, though I wish they had a few more XL and even XXL sized shirts for more brawny guys. The sales staff can be a bit busy and hard to speak to at times, but the owner, David has gone out of his way to help me, even following-up via Yelp* to make sure I was/am satisfied. In my book, that makes all the difference in the world. If only the heads of other companies would keep up with the pulse of their customers, maybe we wouldn't be in a recession. If you're looking for a hot shirt to wear out, or new pants for a party, you should check this place out.

Have always loved the their stuff but since it tends to be cut on the narrow side dont get to buy much. Anniversary came and found a vest that would be perfect for the hubby and ordered it online. Turns out they were out of that size so David actually took the time to call me and let me know the deal instead of having one of his employees shoot off some form email. True customer service is a dying gesture and its nice to see that they still have it ...even if they are on the boulevard. 5 tails up!!!
