We used the services of Nannies on Call earlier this year since we had a WagJag voucher that covered 3 hours of babysitting as well as their $30 booking fee.
Our experience was quiet pleasant.
My initial communication with the support team to set up the appointment was efficient and quick.
Redeeming our voucher was no issue at all and they did a good job of following up via phone to confirm a few details.
The nanny that was sent to us, was Bernice Warren.
A nice woman that has over 10 years of childcare experience and who is also a mother herself.
Our son went to bed shortly after she arrived, so there is not much to tell about the time he spent with her.
All I can say is that things were all good when we got back home and our son was relaxed & happy when he woke up again.
So based on this, I say thumbs up.
