* Convenient and fairly priced Persian market *
I've passed by this little market many times without giving it a second thought. Today I figured I should finally pop in and check it out.
What I found was a very pleasant little Persian market with a nice variety of fresh produce, bakery items, canned goods, and bulk food bins all with a heavy focus on Persian products. Everything was extremely reasonably priced.
There were about 10 different types of Persian bread available as well. I grabbed a very large nan-e barbari for a reasonable $2.99. Delicious!
People were loading up on all of the bulk nuts. There were about 6 different types of almonds and dozens of other options too. Almonds for $2.99/lb.?!?!?!?! Hello?!?!?!? THAT is an amazing special. If I didn't have a bunch of almonds at home I would have gotten some.
