Natasha is a true professional with excellent "bedside manner" as she waxes away unwanted hair in the blink of an eye. Her special creams and oils prevent ingrowns and rashes and her attention to detail/pride in her work is truly commendable. Having found her, I'll never go anywhere else!

bought a $15 deal here; the price was great. Natasha's a nice lady who makes your appointment promptly and does a great job in terms of cleaning & making sure all is gone in a jiffy, but DANG. SO PAINFUL. my most painful wax experience yet.

I just saw Natasha for some manscaping. I have been waxing for many years now and I must say that she is the most painless, and the most thorough waxer that I have seen. She said that most of her clients are female and she is encouraging new male clients. Waxing for men!
The best thing she does is when she finishes one area, she gives you a mirror and asks you to confirm that she has been thorough enough. Then she moves on to the next area.
She is super friendly and easy to get along with. Her office is modern and spotless and is located in a nice professional building at 16th and Granville. She has all the best and cleanest equipment. The ultimate waxing for men and women. Ladies and Gentleman, there is no better! -

Natasha is awesome! She gives 100% service and makes you feel comfortable. She is highly experienced and somehow manages to give painless waxes and she uses natural oils too! I will be back.

Natasha is absolutely the best! She makes you feel comfortable and at ease at her location. She is highly trained and made getting my Brazilian a breeze. She also makes her own oils to apply to the skin before waxing which makes the process pain free. I'm going back again :)

Owww, I came here because I saw all the reviews about a less painful waxing experience but it had to be the most agonizing waxing experience I've had. I gave 3 stars because the woman there is such a nice lady, really sweet and tries to make you feel comfortable but the whole process? I honestly couldn't wait til it was over. I don't know if it was because I waited a bit too long to get waxed again but it's never been this painful and I get waxed usually on a monthly basis. The wax was also too hot since my skin is super sensitive but she kept saying it wasn't hot but hey I'm the one getting my bits and pieces waxed nobody wants to get burned by wax and usually when I get waxed the esthetician waits a tiny bit before applying. You try putting that hot wax down there and tell me it isn't hot. The lady is super nice so I feel bad but honestly I really wish I didn't have to endure that much pain. It hurt so badly. I'm actually surprised all the reviews and everyone else said it was painless. Are they lying? I was sore even after it was done. I really wish I could have given them a better rating. It's also a bit expensive if you're not a regular client, I don't really want to pay that much just so I can torture myself. I really wish I had a better experience.
