I danced my little heart out at My Apartment last weekend and I gotta say: I haven't had that much fun in AWHILE!
The music was HYYYPPPE (Everything from today's freshest tracks to the classic old-skool tracks). The crowd was composed of people who were 21+ (thank god), which means there was a whole lot of dancing and partying, without the 'teenage drama' that is often found in other clubs around town.
The bouncers were super nice (my boy got in wearing red converse shoes) and everyone in the club was there for the same reason: to have a great night.
There were about 30 of us in our group, and none of us had been to this club before, but we all agreed that it couldn't have been a better time.
My Apartment is where it's at! I'll be baaaaack. -

I have been to My Apartment in Mississauga several times and the experience really depends on the crowd that you are with, as it is for many other situations...
I have gone to this club by myself, to meet other friends inside the club and the experience waiting in line is really typical of any nighclub, i.e. if you are a guy on your own you WILL wait, and wait, and wait... but if you are with a lady, or if you are a lady, then your entrance to the club is quickly guaranteed!
I have been in the guest list in the past and this has helped my girlfriend and I to get in rather quickly. One time we even got a free drink from the manager that night...just because (because we're cool and good looking, that's probably why!).
This place has good music to dance to, good prices for drinks (around $5/drink) and a good crowd. The place gets really busy after 11-12 on Saturdays and it is generally a good time. The dance floor is big enough to get some moves going (as I like to do). Generally top 40 and club hits playing, it's a good time overall. There is no need to be really dressed up but a casual good look is demanded.
