You might not believe it when I tell you, "They know how to espresso right in a little shop, in a little art museum, in the middle of Canada." But I am far from pulling your leg. Coffee is something that my wife and I have a great passion for. When we travel there is always a some focus on coffee; whether it be spending time in growing regions or just spending a day trying several shops around a given city. But when I went to Saskatoon on business I sort of stumbled upon this place. I started talking to the owner, a real nice beardy guy, as he took his time preparing my shots. I didn't expect too much to tell you the truth but when I tried it I was blown away! This place has their stuff together! It is a must if you ever find yourself here or anywhere nearby.
Not that there is anywhere near by....
