If you are looking for a good quiet dining room (private room) when you are on a date or try something new. Like Sushi food or raw sea foods and some cook sea foods.

    PROS:
-ONLY Japanese restaurant to offer private tatami rooms in the London, ON.
-Quiet dining room with 14 private tatami rooms
-Open area dining room capacity about 100 people
-Variety of dishes from teriyaki to noodles, tempura to fresh sushi and sashimi.
    -Great atmosphere and customer service
-Sushi taste ok (average or above average -depending on the day)

    CONS:
    -PRICES
-Time of service (waiting game for the food)
    -Need to Upgraded decorating
    - Appear small restaurant  but when you are inside it decent size for couples and small groups
    -Parking (its a plaza)

    OVERALL:
First and for most please don't single out others Sushi restaurant. I am a fan because it is the ONLY private tatami rooms in the London (that means you could make out with your girlfriend), great atmosphere (quite and private), and customer service. So, please go and try them.

i will only give it that one star because of the private rooms they have which sets the mood. You know what doesn't though? Hannah Montana. A sushi place shouldn't play top 40 music if they are trying to set the sort of mood Mt. Fuji is.

So the food. I'm from LA, and I've been around to more than a handful of sushi places. This place is terrible. I went in for food with my boyfriend for their lunch special, and I got the sushi tempura combo. The shrimp in the tempura was dry, and the tempura itself made my boyfriend choke. The sushi was disgusting. Lemme start with the fish. The ebi was dry and rubbery, and all the fish they gave me with their 'chef's choice' was disgusting. It smelled fishy, and I can't say I felt very good after eating it. There was way too much rice on the sushi to somehow overcompensate for the fact that the fish sucked, and to top it off, the rice was old. It tasted like rice leftover from the night before. Being used at 2pm...

The only redeeming factor about this place was that their miso soup was ok. I highly recommend you skip over this place

There are tatami rooms at the restaurant that give a lot of privacy, but the food was just bad.  The food took way too long to arrive and the sushi rolls were packed with rice with no flavours.  The prices were expensive.

    Definitely not reccommended.

The tatami rooms are a nice touch but the rest of the dining area is a little strange.  For example, right between the middle of the tatami rooms, I thought I saw what looked like a washing machine.  The food itself is alright but nothing terribly special.  Pretty standard fare overall but nothing terrible.
