Dr. Crook (Janice) has been our vet for many years and several dogs and cats, and we've always felt that we're in the best hands with her considerate and knowledgeable care and a thoughtful balance between conventional and alternative treatments. I'm always impressed at her ability to diagnose problems when the patient can't tell her what's happening! She always has helpful suggestions for saving money (like using equivalent human remedies and medications). Consultations are never rushed and Janice always makes an effort to have the pet feel at ease. We became clients for life during the terminal illness of one of our dogs, when Janice went above and beyond the call of duty to maximize his comfort (and ours) in his final days.
