Last year we placed mortgages with over 26 different lenders. The importance of this fact is that we are a true brokerage - not a secondary lending arm for a handful of major lending institutions hoping to control your patronage.
Our responsibility is to canvas the marketplace each and every day to pinpoint the lenders who are launching newly securitized offerings.

Meet the Business Owner: Tracy B.
In 1988, I began my career by helping clients to secure the financing that was right for them. Hard to believe that was over 20 years ago...much has changed. The mortgage brokerage systems have improved tremendously. Most notably is the wide range of traditional and non-traditional lending sources available. You wouldn't buy a house without an experienced real estate agent or plan for retirement without the guidance of a knowledgeable financial planner, so why would you try to finance the largest purchase of your life without enlisting the services of an experienced mortgage professional? I focus on customer service and ensure my clients experience a stress free mortgage experience.
