I was here for a business dinner last week and was thoroughly impressed by this restaurant.
The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful offering English menus to my anglophone colleagues.
The food was outstanding. I had the beef carpaccio which was served with just the right amount of truffle oil and grand padano. My entree consisted of a mushroom risotto with duck confit and foie gras. When it comes to risotto, I'll freely admit to being a bit of a perfectionist, but this was truly memorable and inspiring.
In addition to the great food and fantastic service, we were entertained by a lively acoustic trio that played everything from Michael Jackson covers to The Police.
You won't be disappointed!! -

I have been in Quebec City for business for 2 weeks now and I eat at this restaurant as often as possible. Yes, it is slightly above my per diem but I could care less. The service is great, the people are nice, and the food is the best I've found. Please order the lobster risotto. I think I could live off the calamari. For the price, it is worth every penny, or whatever the Canadians call it.
