- explained background of costs related to different treatment options
- didn't feel rushed during appointments
- didn't feel like time was wasted having to wait to be seen once arriving
- watch TV while you wait in the chair
- friendly and helpful staff

* A thorough cleaning without overdoing it.
* Gentle!
* I have requirements for my jaw that need attentiveness and those were met and then some.
* No silliness around loads of fear-based exams and procedures. Just what was needed and appropriate.
* As the last patient of the day, I didn't feel at all rushed.
* Booked an appointment easily. The appointment wasn't a month away!
* Did I mention the serene, waterfront office?
* Received a lovely thank you card for my first visit. How sweet is that?

i have extreme dental anxiety and this is the only dentist in my adult life i feel okay with ... she is friendly, professional and has yet to cause me pain (and i just had a root canal today) ... her location is great, sitting in the chair overlooking coal harbour is nice ... the receptionist and the techs are equally friendly ... she also charges fair prices as i do no have insurance and i have been pleasantly surprised at the cost so far ...
