This is probably my favorite restaurant! The food is consistently amazing, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It's a little expensive, but in my opinion totally worth it.

How was the food?... decent. The experience?... horrible.
We went in on Tuedays which were explained as "all you can eat". Catch is, it's all you can eat in 1 go. We hadn't been before so we grabbed a small bowl in an attempt to see what we'd like. That's when we were told we were done... we weren't allowed back up. $19.95 a person for a taster. These portions would have normally cost $8-10 but that was it. We were handed the bill and we left... hungry. I will not be back. EVER. -

The chicken wonton soup was very good and the stir fry itself was tasty. The only problem was the price for me. For a student, 20.00 for a meal can be expensive. I did end up with some leftover though. Be careful how much food you take!

The food was pretty good (after all, I chose what went in it). Their soup is alright and the service was good but they placed us in a dark corner with red ambient lighting on a nice sunny day which turned me off. The whole place is kind of dark. Of greatest note with this place is the price. My meal, which was enough to take home a small portion after I ate, was $27.00! The shrimps were frozen so you are paying for the weight of ice. For those reasons, I probably won't be back. I can cut and stir-fry veggies and seafood at my own house for a quarter of the cost!

This has to be my new FAVORITE date night!
When I walked in, I was immediately excited. The ambience is just soo romantic, and it all looks very clean.
It's a lot of fun to make your own stir fry, and although it's a little expensive, I will definitely be frequenting this location!! -

I went to this location for lunch one day last week and I had mixed feelings as we left.
We came in on off peak hours (about 3:00) and the place was practically empty. There were about 5 other tables filled in the restaurant. Our server was sitting at the bar eating a big plate of stir fry when we walked in and she slowly waddled up to us and gave us a table. After showing us the table and letting us sit down, she returned to her stir fry for a couple bites.
We went up to the food area and started to pick our toppings. When I was done, I went and stood up at the grill and waited for the cook to notice me. He was staring out the window and was totally in trance. I picked up my bowl and put it down a little heavier than a normal person would and he turned around.
So he grabbed our bowls and put them on the counter and then walked over to the bar and ate some of our server's stir fry for about 5 minutes. I stared at him, thinking he would get the hint that I was unimpressed that he hadn't started our food, but he avoided eye contact.
When we did get our food, it was amazing. But I made it, didn't I? Good for me. Yay me!
I wouldn't go back to this location. Watching the servers and cooks eating while they should be working was super annoying and it pissed me off. -

Horribly over-priced stir fry that they try to pass off to non-Asian people whom they suspect do not know better.
Seriously, the veggies have a refrigerated/can preserved taste to it, the meat is in fact frozen and in fact weighed in this way (so you're basically paying extra for frozen water), and then they just mix everything into a big grill with some sauce. Really, you could make a stir-fry with the same, if not better, quality for much less money.
Dishes here are quite expensive, and once you factor in the meat, it's outrageous how much they're charging for a stir fry. I would much rather go to Edo and get a full meal for much less (and healthier). -

I've been to Mongolie Grill a couple times now. I like it, the food is good.
I like that you actually get to go up and pick out what you want in your stir-fry. It's kind of cool to be able to customize your food just the way you like it. However, be careful because the charge you on weight. And trust me, it gets expensive. I was shocked because I didn't take a lot of food but it still cost me a lot of money! It actually made me quite mad the first time I went.
If you are a vegetarian, you get a small discount which is nice. But you still have to pay for all your veggies (which can be very heavy).
It's got a nice atmosphere inside and I, personally, think it's great for groups. It's laid back but nice at the same time. -

staff were extremely pleasant. green onion cakes were good though the portions were quite small. the buffet of veg is hit and miss in terms of quality (many items were obviously from a can) meat is frozen before the weigh in which feels like a rip off. seems over priced for what you get. the sauce options can be confusing though the staff are usually helpful making combo choices. would get 3 stars if there was better value in each bowl. appetizer choice is also limited.
