Review from Phil W.
Molly's Eats is a Edmonton food truck with changing locations and menu's.
Keeping up to date with Molly's Eats location and offerings is as easy as following them on twitter @mollyseats, or "liking" their Facebook page.
Molly's Eats is another really solid addition to the local food truck scene. With menu items including flaky empanadas, gourmet grilled cheese creations, various sliders including bacon and brisket and pulled pork, iced coffee, and milkshakes among other items, you'll never be bored of this menu.
Some of the locations they have been known to frequent are the St. Albert Farmers Market, the market at Festival Place in Sherwood Park, and in the parking lot on Victoria Park road.Listed in: 30 day challenge

Review from Liv V.
Edmonton, AB
Molly's isn't just good 'food truck' food. It's good food, period. Molly's Eats joins a growing fleet of food-purveying vehicles on the streets of Edmonton, and I daresay Molly's is one of the finest. The menu is cleverly written on the side of the truck in chalk and it changes frequently. I recently tried a bacon and beef brisket sandwich that was so heavenly I ate it in about four bites. It was the right balance of sweet, smoke and savoury. The bun was so tender, the meat was so juicy - it was enviably delicious. I also tried an iced coffee, which put to shame anything I've tried from certain franchised coffee shops. Plus, you get to talk to Susan, the intelligent and creative force behind Molly's (which is named after her mother, who has been a chef for many decades). I can't wait to try other things on their menu.
