  I purchased a massage on http://www.wagjag.com to mobile spa elite on Jan 28. I booked a massage four days later after receiving my voucher. That day came and no RMT came to my house.
  I emailed and called the company that day to address my concern, but the phone lines goes straight to a message box. I did leave a message and got a response one week later. The girl on the other line sounded unprofessional and did not sound sincere with the apology. I booked again for a massage through the girl for March 2.
  Today is March 2, the day i rebooked my massage for almost a month later. Nobody is here again. The last two weeks i have been trying to get a hold of someone to speak to at this company to confirm my march 2 appointment. The phone lines now dont even give you an option to leave a message. Many emails have been sent and still no replies back from this company.
  You think after they screwed up the first time they would have their shit together after all this time their promotion has passed. NOPE!! Very unprofessional and i will not recommend this place.
  I gave them a second chance and http://wagjag.com fortunely will refund me back my money.
  I give this company two thumbs down and they are dead to me....
  Even that one star i had to give above was too nice of me....

  A message to our valued Customers:
  
  Mobile Spa Elite would like to thank those who have previously enjoyed our services and are excited to bring this unique mobile spa experience to our future clients.
  
  We offer an apology if you, or any other valued customer experienced longer than anticipated wait time for a booking, any short delay in response, or any missed communications.  We understand this can lead to frustrations, which we do not want.  Mobile Spa Elite caters a very relaxing massage experience with no complaint, so we are doing the necessary to make the booking process just as relaxing and enjoyable.
  
  Our office has undergone much restructuring, in order to better accommodate and provide an excellence in customer care.
  
  Client booking is initially made easy with use of our online reservation form.  Our new therapist online scheduler assists in the immediate view of bookings as they come in real time.  Although in therapist view, pending bookings can take more than a few days to connect with a therapist of choice, as availabilities are always changing.
  
  We understand that the client wait in anticipation for this call can turn very stressful, very fast, so we want to stop this potential for stress from happening and building.
  
  We are constantly evolving and wish to take our client/customer care to the next level and help alleviate all client reservation anxiety/frustration if communications are missed during office hours, when lines are busy and after office hours, when no one is around to assist.  
  
  Mobile Spa Elite has just implemented a few new online features, to better assist our customers:
  
  Clients now have the ability to Log-in and 'view' status of their booking/s, as well the therapist name that will be attending and other pertinent information in regards to their reservation.
  
  Past/present/future clients can access this Log-in on the same screen where they make their online booking reservation, as there is now a "Client Log-in" tab.  Simply enter the e-mail address that was used when making the booking request and one can now view details of their reservation online at any time!
  
  In the event the booking confirms, but we are unable to contact the client to tell them the reservation details, then appointment is cancelled.  We want to alleviate any confirmation assumption, so our office now, needs verbal communication with client, or written when the booking connects, so both parties are confirmed.
  
  Now that clients have the ability to view their own bookings, if date draws near and the status is still 'pending', we ask for clients to please inform our office by email of new dates and/or times that would work best for them, so we can reset it into the system.  If we do not receive client communication prior to a tentative booking about to expire, we will reach out and assist.
  
  Please note - if a date is available, it is regarded as a 'pending' date, until confirmed by the office.  This will confirm as soon as a therapist connects.
  
  Any review you may have seen in the past about a 'no show', 99% of the time it was a client booking a date/time that was presumed confirmed moment of booking, without verbal confirmation from office.
  
  Although we stay in constant communication with our therapists, we have had few instances in the past where due to an emergency, a therapist could not arrive to a clients and this was either not communicated to client / office, or was communicated too late and due to unforeseen circumstance a reservation claimed the title a no show.  We never wish this upon any client and if an instance as such has occurred we will rectify immediately and accordingly.
  
  Further improvements are in the works.  In short time, clients will also be able to 'edit' their booking, if and when there's a case of a time change, they will be able to simply alter themselves without calling in or e-mailing.  Another benefit will be if they would like to rebook, they can simply duplicate their file, instead of filing in all the information once more, better assisting our clients.  
  
  Client feedback is appreciated, as we use this to make systems more user-friendly and efficient, bettering Mobile Spa Elite as we continue growth.  It is unfortunate these enhancements didn't come sooner as we strive to maintain a very reputable image and professional service standard.
