The cupcakes I've tried here were fantastic. I'll go ahead and say that I thought they were better than the ones I've tried at Buttercup Bakery in New York City and at Crave Cupcakes in Houston, TX.
The cakes were fresh, moist and the flavor was very good. My favorite was the vanilla cupcake with strawberry buttercream frosting. It was a nice surprise to find a cooked strawberry inside the cake when I took my first bite. I also tried a chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream frosting (had a caramel filling) and a vanilla cupcake with butter fudge (sucre à la crème) frosting. They were all great, but there was a little too much frosting in my opinion, it must have been around 2 inches high!
A box of 6 cupcakes is $16 + tax. Individual cupcakes cost $3,50.
I'd like to visit them on a different day to try different flavors, but the location is most inconvenient for me. It's in the suburbs so if you don't have a car and/or if you're not very familiar with Quebec City it's not very easy to get there.
