So Authentic is right when you talk about MINOS! Greek at its best id say. Now my bf sister is married to a greek man and his mother can cook some damn good greek food. This was second best ive had (cause there isnt anything better then mamas home cooking...) and you for sure get what you pay for. Now my grandfather has been going there for more years then ive been alive so he was greeted like family and we were treated well when we were there. Our server was very patient with the lot of us and very nice. The portion sizes are OUT OF CONTROL..... i literally only ate 1/3 of my plate as did the rest of my family (except grandpa cause he is used to eating at there place and he cant just eat lol) You for sure get what you pay for.
I attempted to eat a rack of ribs that was waaaay bigger then i thought it was going to be, literally hanging off my plate. When our food came we were all so suprised cause you dont get portions like this back home. You must get "all the trimmings" its salad, potatoes and rice with our main dish ( most come with) it was just inreal how much food we got. My bf got slow cooked lamb, so succulent, so delish, so goddamn good!! Every bite was filling and i would love to go back any day!!
The place is not the biggest restaurant, or even roomy for that matter, but it sure is good and worth the squeeze lol -

Minos is a worthy destination for any Greek food fan. Whenever I'm in Kamloops, the craving for souvlaki, greek salad, and HUGE prawns crawls at my belly in a big way.
Quality & quantity are delivered at Minos with prices that reflect what ends up on your plate. Key word is AUTHENTIC Greek food. -

Amazing food. Chicken souvlaki was moist and tender. Portions were large and flavourful. Great clean well cared for place. Owner was welcoming and enjoyed chatting with the customers. I will be returning when I'm in town again! Thanks Yelp!
