Well i wasn't expecting much. THe Minnoz is based in the Coast Bastion Inn where I was staying for a meeting and I needed lunch. Really just wanted soup or salad...kinda hard to mess up.
I had the "Minnoz salad" which had dried apricots, pecans and crispy proscuitto. The dressing, over abundance of apricots and lack of proscuitto (i think i had 3 pieces smaller than a dime) made the whole thing WAY sweet. What i appreciated though was that the waitress actually wanted to know what I thought about it and took the critique really well. Always like that.
Most importantly though they had a "gluten-free" star designation on the menu but the only items that applied were the salads. Bahahahahahaha!!
