The only Mini Cooper dealership/service department are in Richmond and Terminal Ave. I started coming to the one on Terminal two years back and have been loving it ever since. They have excellent customer service, they are very helpful and always take the time to explain everything thorougly, and the facility is stocked with all kids of free goodies: gourmet hot beverages, pop, energy drinks, flatscreen TV with premium cable channels, internet/computer, and a cute dog that is always taking a nap.
I always spend more than I expect to when I bring my car in for service but they take good care of it. I love this service department! They are quite competitive with their prices too! -

It's actually a service center for Yaletown Mini, they seem to know what customer service is all about, each time I bring my Mini Cooper S to have it service, I always get a reminder call the prior day. When I arrive, they take the stress out by not having you wait a long time, premium coffee, soda, Star Choice TV, WiFi, and even a mini racing track for you to pass the time. The specialists and the manager are very helpful but never push to buy or upgrade like allot of old school service depot that I experienced before. So if you just bought a new Mini or own a Mini, go check them out.
