This review is for the service side, not the sales as I don't have any experience with them.
I want to start by clarifying: I know NOTHING about cars. All I know is that mine is old (a 1992 Accord) and from time to time it needs a little help. I have taken my car to Mill Woods Honda twice and both times I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service I received.
The first time when I took it in for a routine oil change I was told there was going to be a "long" wait of half-an-hour and they hoped that was okay. I can't believe they consider half-an-hour long. They finished right on time so there was no extra waiting for me.
My second visit to the repair shop was after someone broke off my antenna when I left my car parked over night (who does that?!) Since it's an after-market part I did have to book an appointment but they were able to get me in fairly quickly. The repair only took a couple hours and when I picked up my car I noticed that they had even taken the time to clean it. Now that's service!
I definitely recommend Mill Woods Honda to anyone who needs their Honda serviced. Their prices are fair and the staff members are all pleasant and helpful. -

I dealt with these guys a few times and I have to say, they weren't that bad.
Usually car dealerships are full of super sleazy sales people (or at least in my experience they have been) but Millwoods Honda was decent.
They answered all my questions and I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride. And I didn't feel pressured into anything, which was a nice change.
I was surprised by this place. Maybe you will be too. -

Great buying experience. Professional, courteous service. Bought my wife's Honda Accord in a week. Would gladly buy from Daniel Macyk again.
