I've been with Millennium ever since I moved to Calgary 6 years ago. There's no office in C-town, but that's no matter. Millennium folk are expedient and professional over the phone. Besides that, they were the cheapest rates I found at the time! Even cheaper than the employee discount offered at a competitor when I worked with ATCO.
Thankfully, I haven't had need to file a claim with them in all of these years... and I hope never to have the need to do so. So I have no comment on how they deal with claims. But, my car insurance and home insurance are both through Millennium and I don't see myself changing that any time soon.
They're but a quick phone call away and always helpful!Listed in: Car stuff

I shopped around a long time, getting quotes and asking by word of mouth. I discovered this company while searching the internet. I'm so happy with their availability and personal touch. I've been treated very well. Most importantly, my rates are cheaper than my last guy. I got a call from Millenium while I was out of town. I had to renew my policy by end of day. "Oooops!". Can you do it over the phone with my VISA? Sure no problem. Have a great day. Once I phoned to have coverage put on an old car for two days so I could sell it. I wasn't even charged for that. They seem to know me or at least pretend to remember me when I call. I like these guys.
