3 stars at least for the great service, friendly staff and the nice ambience..the food however gets no stars! Had the steak and it was horrible! Mostly fat and very little meat..felt like I got taken cause the prices imply that the food should be far better!

Until today, I had never actually eaten at Milestones, thinking it would have the same menu yet be a bit more expensive than other other Cara Operations Limited restaurants (ex. Harvey's, Montana's, Kelsey's, Swiss Chalet, etc.). However, I was wrong.
The Milestones in the Heritage Greene plaza is a cozy, welcoming environment filled with knowledgeable staff. The restaurant is filled with neutral colours and the wood-like interior makes you want to eat, chat and have a good time. Meanwhile the staff actually assist you when choosing your meal, and do not force or rush you into making decisions. Also, our waiter actually told us to use our 'Scene' card in order to obtain points for a free movie, or to get a discount on our next meal at Milestones.
The food at the restaurant is amazing. I had the Portobello Mushroom Chicken, while my parents (which whom I dined with) had the Cajun Shrimp Diane and Seafood Pan Roast. Each of the dinner entrees were delicious, made to our liking and had a generous portion size.
The only negative I had with this location was the parking. There is no parking near the Milestones when the Silvercity Hamilton Movie Theatre is open. I swear the parking near Milestones gets overtaken by movie watchers, and forced us to park near the Shoe Company in the same plaza.
Overall, I liked this Milestones outlet, and will be returning, next time trying a drink or two! -

Terrible service & terrible food.
