    Mikasa has outlet stores in many locations; this happens to be the last I've visited:

    Okay, they aren't Waterford/Wedgwood or even Noritake.  But for a nice selection of useful, inexpensive china and crystal for yourself or a gift, they can't be beat.  Stuff is so reasonable it is hard not to walk away with something and the designs are very attractive.  Good reason to visit the Aurora Premium Outlets, too.
