Review from Kristin K.

In one week we had two car break downs - Ugh... OMG! The second one sounded like brake problems... My husband called around first thing in the morning and found that they would be able to help us today. My husband HATES dealing with service people and despises calling them. Anyway, after I had gotten to work I called to check on how it was going at Midas and my husband was "impressed" with the way they treated him and made him feel like it was a priority to get our brakes fixed the same day even though we had only called them that morning.
My husband called me to bring him home from Midas... so I darted out of work and picked him up. About an hour later, I got a phone call that my husband had left the wrong keys at Midas and they couldn't get into the car... Oh my... what else was going to happen? So I went back and took the keys to Midas on my lunch break. This put them a few hours behind and they were understandably unable to have the brakes repaired prior to my husband going to work in the afternoon.
They called and gave my husband an update during the day and in the evening I swang by to pay the bill as my husband was still at work. They were polite and courteous. I had printed a coupon off that I had found online and upon presenting it they advised me that they had already applied the current discount - I really appreciate that kind of customer service.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their brakes repaired!
What a comical day - and of course an expensive one - but Midas made it a little more bearable.
*BONUS* Midas guarantees the brakes for life - if they wear out all you have to do is pay for the new brake pads and the service of installing/repairing is free! Pretty cool!Listed in: Stores/Services
