Dealer is quite small and tight, but all the Mitsubishi cars were displayed in the showroom (well, they don't have that many cars in the lineup). It is a clean dealer, but it is poorly lit. And I couldn't find a lounge/waiting room area with refreshments and couches.
There were no customers in the dealer. My friend and I were the only people in the dealer. But we were not approached by anyone. We had to approach the sales person first.
The sales person demonstrated the technical aspects and stand-out features really well. His explanation was clear and informative, and he answered all my questions with accuracy. He wasn't really pushy at all. But he consistently asked us what he could do for us that day. Hmm. We just showed up at the dealer to check the car out and decide whether it is suitable for my friend's lifestyle. Was that really confusing to you? He had a bit of stiff impersonal manner with his straight-to-the-point logics.
The sales person told my friend to drive the car anywhere he wanted. There are many potholes and bumpy roads around the area. So you'll be easily be able to test the car's comfort. You can take the car to the freeway too upon request.
The sales person bad-mouthed his competitors by pointing out oddities instead of presenting the aspects of the car that make it better than the competitors. He was rather blatantly honest with the company he works for as well though.
Things moved very quickly, and he was willing to meet my friend's demands. Not sure about post-purcahse service at this dealer though since no one around me owns a Mitsubishi.
