I have been going to Dr. Wong for about 3 years now. She's convenient. She is right in the mall and her office is open on Saturdays. Plus she is one of those optos that like to give you free stuff: glasses wipes, contact lenses' cases, eye drops. Free stuff is always good!
She is young and efficient. She will ask a lot of questions about your eyes and glasses/contacts but she is very good at deducing things. From assessing my eyes, she realized that my eyes have gotten better and that my slight headaches were due to my glasses' prescription suddenly being too strong. If you're nervous about anything coming near your eyes, she is very patient and descriptive. When I tried contacts, I appreciated how patient she was with me and she explained each test and step along with its importance. She definitely put me at ease.
I'm not sure how busy she gets as I don't see her that often. But there are supposed to be at least 2 other optos in the practice so it might not be that bad.
Only issue is the price of eye exams ($88). But I guess I should expect it being in the mall and right beside Lenscrafters.
