I went to Mexico Lindo for a small birthday get-together and had a great experience. This family-operated restaurant cares about quality, service and providing homemade Mexican fare. They use local ingredients wherever possible and if you're open, will give you the best of the best of what they have to offer - I simply asked them to serve their favourite dishes and the whole party of six loved every bite. Unfortunately, it's completely out of the way for me, or I'd definitely be a regular.

The food on Mexico Lindos menu is pretty costly compared to the quantity they give you but the food is very good and really authentic.
It is a very cozy restaurant and never to crowded. The staff is really personable and it is clearly a family run business. I found these are usually the best places because they put a lot of care into what they do.
Everyone needs to try this place at least once to get how true Mexican food is supposed to taste. -

The best Mexican restaurant in Edmonton that I have tried so far. This place is quite far from where I live, out near Mayfield Commons, but is worth the drive. Cute and small, the staff seem to also be the owners. Start with the guacamole, it is really amazing. I like the enchiladas verdes, with cheese. So yummy. The veg. tamales aren't as good as I would have liked, sort of taste like a corn doughnut. They have quite a few Mexican beers and the margaritas are pretty good. And the churros are really nice, with the Mexican chocolate for desert. Overall, this place is great. Give Mexico Lindo a try, and I can assure you that you will be happier with it than with any other Mexican place in Edmonton.
