The accountant told me she will have my refund check ready today (Mon) when I called last Thu. I called the dental office before I go in just to make sure the check is ready. And no surprise, they have 1 other person's check, but mine is no where to find and there's no notes about my refund in my profile after I called them at least 5 times.

Busy location with mostly friendly staff. Good serives but they make lots of mistakes.

The place is so awful and dirty and smells of body odor. I had a rootcanal done and I had so much pain. Instead of freezing me more, the dentist told the assistant to hold my head tight until the procedure was done. It was a nightmare.
