Dr. Hans, the veterinarian that cares for the animals at Metrotown Animal Hospital, is a one of a kind, honest guy.
Dr. Hans genuinely cares for the animals he sees on a daily basis. He does the best he can to ensure the best care for your animal and for your pocket book. -

I recently just had my puppy spayed here.
Yes their prices are cheap, but so too was their attention to not cause undue suffering.
The front desk staff were nice and quick to correct mistakes in the recap of how I should monitor her at home.
The shock came right when she got home and laid down.
I saw that two of her claws, on one leg, were cut brutally short and there was dried brown blood on the other leg that should have been cleaned.
Had she been difficult to the staff patience should have been given rather than rushing the job and injuring my puppy. -

Recently had our puppy fixed here and was quite pleased. This clinic is clean, but not too fussy. It's very small, but the staff were great and the pricing was amazing. After fixing puppy caught a chest infection and we went for a check up here,Dr Hans was patient and friendly. Pup is on the mend and I will definitely be making this my home vet.
