Review from Norah L.
Vancouver, BC
Well I have to renege on my past posting. I *finally* did get a booking and was very pleased. The service was fabulous. I was totally relaxed and never thought one of my thesis or graduate seminar presentation, both of which are completely stressing me out. The studio was comfortable, the practitioner was knowledgeable and a lovely woman. I will be back for sure.

Review from Cathy Y.
Vancouver, BC
I am not reviewing the actual place, but making a complaint about their using Living Social and not being to accommodate people wanting to redeem their voucher. First of all, I bought a 1 hour body wrap and 1 hour lymphatic drainage massage and have been trying to book with them for the past several months. They never have any times available for more than a month, so I have to book way in advance. The first appointment they called to ask me about something and realizedthat they had made a mistake in their booking and couldn't see me so I had to rebook. But, when I called them the day before to confirm they said they didn't have a booking for me. They didn't seem too concerned that they had made this mistake and offered no compensation except to rebook. I had been waiting already for over a month and did not want to wait another month to see them. Hopefully, Living Social will refund me the money because I work at a spa and see no reason why I have to book more than a month in advance. In fact, I just called another spa and was able to book for the next day, so I think the people at Metropolitan are biting off way more than they can chew and selling way too many coupons. Just a note of advice: Be nicer on the phone to clients when you have made a mistake!
