I am super picky about cutting my hair, mostly because it's long and also hard to deal with because it's thick.
Sinda is awesome in dealing with straight hair, particularly Asian hair. She knows how to thin it without making it look damaged (if your hair is thick) and she also gives her advice on what would/wouldn't look nice on you. I value her opinion as a hair stylist.
You won't have any problems waiting in line if you come anytime before 2 on a weekday. After 3 on a weekday or on the weekend, you may have to wait in line for a bit.
I forgot to tell you the best part:
Haircuts for women are ONLY $18. Yes, correct.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten! When I was a child I cut my own hair.....my haircut from Metcalfe Hair Design resembles this childhood haircut! I had the most crooked and painfully bad haircut ever! I cannot believe these people are so called professionals. It was 28$ for a womens long hair trim and she had to take off extra length because it was so crooked the first time she cut it! I was crying and she didnt seem to care at all. DO NOT GO HERE!!! A CROOKED HAIRCUT OVERPRICED NIGHTMARE! The prices are NOT accurate they are more +++++++++. BUYER BEWARE!
