This medial lab is located on the ground floor of one of the mid-sized medical office buildings near the corner of Bloor and Jane. The staff are helpful and efficient when it comes to extracting and processing whatever bodily fluid you need analysed, but it's still your typical doctor's-office milieu: clinical and boring.
The waiting time can vary widely. If you go at a busy period, you'll be waiting for a while; if you go in early on a weekday morning, you can be in and out in a few minutes. The waiting area seems to take up half the space (at least, the space they let you into), so they're likely prepared for regular backlogs.
